Ever wonder at what angle a ladder should be set at???

To make sure your ladder is positioned at the correct angle, place your toes at the foot of the ladder. Extend your arms at shoulder height and you should be able to grab the rung at that height without stretching or leaning.

If the ladder is not properly sized for the job, go borrow or rent the right size ladder.  Over reaching/stretching or increasing the angle of its placement will increase the risk of an accident exponentially.
