If you're about to put your house up for sale or if it's already on the market, you need to consider adding a professional home inspection to your marketing program.

With increasing frequency, home sellers have been engaging our services. Oftentimes, waiting for an inspection to take place can be very nerve wracking. What will the inspector find? Will the buyer want to re-negotiate the sales price? Worse yet, will the deal fall apart?


All this can be avoided by simply scheduling one of our professional home inspections at the time you place your home on the market.


We will perform a professional, objective inspection of your home, just as we would if a purchaser engaged our services. Our findings will be presented to you in a format similar to that received by a purchaser. The primary difference is very simply, having all the information available in the beginning of the process; not at the middle or end. In so doing, there will be no need to re-negotiate the sales price or worse, walk away.

Most importantly, a Pre-listing Home Inspection will help you satisfy any Real Estate Disclosure requirements that may be mandated by law.

Of course, as you use the report to assist in marketing your property, we will be available to bona-fide purchasers for telephone consultation and review of the report. Arrangements can also be made to re-visit your property with the purchaser to personally review our findings and the Report of Findings. (There will be an applicable charge for this subsequent visit.)
